This week- Constitution Pipeline company-Williams Cabot- stated they are giving up on the line– the resistence has delayed project for three years- their loss to the tune of 340 million dollars and they are abondoning the project.Energy transfer stock dropped a few points that day. City government near Pittsburgh has stepped in to halt dumping of fracking material at the dump- yesterday.
